Kennedy: I’m Done Pushing Conspiracy | Talking Points Memo

His behavior is sad, but consistent with a person being squeezed. My first request in an interview would be to ask him to blink twice if he is somehow under duress. How does a scholar on products liability go to being a total Russian tool? Who got to him?

What a clown. And, just as an aside, that guy fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

Trump’s word salad presser:

I watched Hannity. Tucker and Ken. 95% approval rating for me!
We’re going to have a tremendous 2020. Stone-cold loser Adam Schiff.
Very important countries, UN situation hearing with somebody on the same day, do they love our country? I’m walking through the front door, you guys are screaming. It’s a hoax, a great call in fact, 2 perfect calls, no nothing no pressure, they consider it disgraceful, sitting on Nancy Pelosi’s desk gathering dust, not even a tiny crime, they go into those rooms in the basement, it’s a joke, how do we get out, they’re poll numbers are way down, in London, important Nato meeting, Rudy’s a great mayor, incredible US attorney, called the white house? so? we had Mueller, IG report interesting, the big one Durham report, most respected law-enforcement, tough guy, everyone’s waiting for. IG report will be a big thing. This should never happen to a president again. Sad actually. Losers. Nadler. Nervous Nancy. Schiff. They are getting hammered by their districts. We’ll get a fair shake in the senate. Obviously been with important people, they get 3 we get 1. Most unfair ever, should give us equal representation. Boring. Not a lot of people will be watching. Constitutional lawyers, they get 3. Listen to president of Ukraine, foreign minister, no pressure whatsoever. No quid pro quo, it’s a disgrace, know they can’t win, candidates are not doing well, process shouldn’t be used this way.

Yes. And, embarrasingly, he’s “my” senator.

Who got to Kennedy? What do they have on Graham? On Trump?

There are a lot of questions like this that the public may never learn, or at least not until all of these villains are gone. But this whole administration is riddled with people who have been very obviously compromised, and that prompts a lot of questions.

My favorite part of the article:

Southern-cornpone accent now is an affectation, mere political theater to stand out among the Senate’s bevy of stuffed shirts. It’s about as authentic as a cow in a camel costume.

Yes! And the earth is flat! The moon is made out of cheese!

I wonder if #KremlinKennedy on Twitter had anything to do with Kennedy’s self-imposed silence.

Not the best we can offer, but for now perhaps the best we can elect. Kennedy sorely wanted to be governor, but he was afraid to run against John Bel Edwards. He doesn’t like serving in the Senate. When his term ends, I believe he will be 73. Perhaps his political career will be over.

“Reasonable people can disagree,” Kennedy said, according to CNN. “I believe what I believe and some people believe otherwise and they are entitled to it.”

Gosh darn tooting he is right. Now pass that tapioca pudding and stopping hogging the light on the sun deck.

Anyone got a lap throw?

Seems more like 93. I was surprised to find out he is only 68.

What are the odds that you could actually find a pic with both a cow and camel (without it being a Christmas manger scene) ? That was fast.

So Gomer is going silent. That is going to be quite a challenge for his mouth.
