Carroll should just keep suing him every time he opens his big fat self-indulgent rapist mouth. Sue him on behalf of all the women he raped and sexually abused. Sue him to show women (and other rapists) that actually reporting these pigs and bringing them to justice can work. Sue him until he squeals. Then sue him again.
