Julián Castro has a plan to hit back at President Donald Trump after a recent Twitter attack against the Democratic candidate and his twin brother, Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX).

More of this! Castro has been on my top four list* since the first debate. He’s not afraid to call out the motherfuckers for fucking their mothers. He could carry Texas. And he’s not another old white guy. I think he’s a much stronger potential nominee that some others with higher poll numbers.

WaPo is reporting this morning Trump is folding to China in the trade war. Of note, it’s a Christmas list of items consumers would resent price increases on, such as electronics, computer items, phones and clothing. Trump is feeling the heat, from inside the GOP.
“Innocent people were shot down because they look different from you."
With one notable exception,* that would be everyone.
*John Boehner, the color of whose “complexion” also appears nowhere in nature.

Castro should get an award for this … and set an example for others to attack Trump. It won’t change the minds of his supporters, but it will help with the disintegration of his own.

Trump probably will tweet: “I am not a Racist” in the style of Nixon’s I am not a crook!
Me thinks…if you don’t want to be branded as a racist, then STOP inciting, spreading, promoting, doing, or emboldening racists actions!
Outstanding! This is the sort of ammunition Democrats need to be using. As @rickjones says, it’s not going to change his diehard supporters at all. BUT, it can move the needle in places like the suburbs that have more college educated people who are willing to listen. This is where Dems have to make inroads.
So, basically, Castro’s team has decided that provoking the narcissistic man-child into continuing to tweet abuse at him is good for his numbers. Or, at least, good enough for a 3k local ad buy.
Castro’s ad will make the Fox audience like Spanky even more. To them, Spanky’s language is a feature, not a bug.
It’s a great ad but needs more than the Fox audience.
Proving his contention that Trade Wars are easy to win.
I am not sure what his economic advisers are telling him, or more importantly, what his big brain is telling him, but it is painfully obvious from his every statement that he does not know what a trade deficit is and certainly does not understand how tariffs work. Because he knows how to collect rent, defraud the government and sell his trademark, he thinks he understands economics. Trump managing the economy is just another example of the Dunning-Kruger effect in full flower.
He can try all he likes, but no Dem attack ad can possibly beat this anti-Castro gem:

Castro’s ad ends with a nod to its Spanish title “Ya Basta!,” which roughly translates to “Enough!”
That’s the short title. In full it reads:

Go Julian - roll the dice - but after launching the first punch be ready with 17 more - it may be that what is needed is some body who is willing to go fully brutal relentless whoop-ass on Trump - non stop - ping the snot out of his deranged brain.
Mike Tyson has said - “everybody has a plan until they get hit in the mouth” - kind of sheds light on why, at the opening bell, he would race across the ring and hit his opponents in the mouth, head, stomach, mouth … and so on. Far Far Far too often people have given Trump a couple of jabs on the chin and then paused to see if that has “reformed” him … has caused him to rethink his behavior … only to have Trump shake it off and try to nastily retaliate 10X . What may well be needed is a crazed tiger to go after Trump - - - one who chews on him - endlessly - does not let up - when Trump retreats - still goes after him… and why the hell not ? Trump is really trying to destroy us all.
