The Senate Judiciary Committee is already revving up for Sonia Sotomayor’s confirmation process. This evening, Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) Jeff Sessions (R-AL)–the committee’s chairman and ranking member–released the questionnaire she will have to complete before hearings on her Supreme Court nomination begin.
