Judicial Branch Instruct Employees To Ignore Mass DOGE Email

… to take some income tax burden off of wage earners that are doing all they can, and back onto individuals that are not paying their fair share presently.

Firing thousands of IRS employees will not help those American wage earners. Those firings may benefit the top 0.1% of the tax-dodging class, however.

Little do the employees of the Judicial Branch know, they are now owned by the Executive Branch.

Welcome to life under the new ownership using the business model “Unitary Executive Theory”.

As the Judicial Branch has now officially joined the resistance against the new owners which is an official “Good Deed®”, we are left with the ringing motto from the “Unitary Executive Theory”: no good deed shall be left unpunished.

(I am have been told by my legal representation that I should publicly post that this should not be construed as advice for investing into any business using this model, as there could be signficant downside risk.)

At CPAC, Trump glorifies the thousands of firings, calling them “fraudsters, liars, and cheaters”, while Musk in his shades and big smile throws a chainsaw around.

Hmmm. Did you ever get the feeling there is something terribly wrong with these two? This is not usually acceptable public or corporate behavior.

So the president say takes away the power of the judiciary.

So much for the mythology that the supreme court has the wisdom to see consequences of their decisions and to make decisions which uphold the spirit and the intent of the founders of the United States.

The brilliant minds (and I mean brilliant /s) that setup these emails could certainly find a way to avoid sending them to the Judicial Branch.

And yet they didn’t.

So I don’t think it is open to interpretation if they meant to send there or not.

Definitely. We’ve had three branches. And they absolutely aim at trimming it to one. (“I have an Article 2 that tells me I can do anything I want!”)

So they can’t just keep attacking Congress and its creations. Gotta start shooting in Judiciary’s direction too. But to me it doesn’t seem nearly as clear how to gut the Judiciary while pretending you’re not actually doing it. So…maybe they’ll just try throwing everything they’ve got in the Judiciary’s direction and see if they can make dents (with their slimy, idiotic, underhanded adolescent weaponry)?

If nothing more is done about this, it will be soon forgotten.

P2025 is supposedly a 180 day process. I have not read the particulars. But it looks like someone jumped the gun and is trying to do it in 30. All a rush. And the discipline is shaky at best. Anything that should have been eased into place that hasn’t been prematurely sprung on the unsuspecting public?

I am telling you, these minds are brilliant /s.

They cannot be just waiting to get their nonsense rubber stamped by the Alito SCOTUS. They gotta rub in their faces (yes SCOTUS too) that Donald Trump (Elon Musk) own them.

That said, the rationalization by MAGA Republicans and sane-washing of them never ceases to amaze me. Let’s see if they jerk awake now or when it really gets messy.

Americans’ll notice when the National Parks are in disarray and there’s nobody to unlock to restrooms. And the supporting service businesses that rely on tourists get hurt.

The Judiciary was thinking that they were above it all. But it is just a matter of time before President Musk and Trump get to the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court. There is very little you can do if someone choose to break the law, violate conventions, and there are no real enforcement safeguards.

Any bets on who is going to win this battle Royale? My money is on Johnny Roberts having to make a new resume. He will send it in to his wife Jane Sullivan, who will find him a job as a paralegal poodle for a conservative billionaire, and collect a million dollar commission.
