The value of a database set grows with the amount of reliable information included in it. For example, such a database might be useful in micro-targeting propaganda.

I saw a report over the weekend that there are now zero international cargo ships at Port of Seattle. The port is dead. If that’s true, then it’s also probably true for Los Angeles. The last ship from China will arrive on the East Coast in early May.
I’m not sure of the timeline because it depends on how much inventory Walmart, Target, Costco and the others still have on hand, but the Empty Shelves Apocalypse is probably just two or three weeks away now.
It will still happen even if Trump folds on the China tariffs today, and could last a month before the normal flow of goods returns. It’s fascinating in a dumbfounding way to watch this slow motion train wreck approaching, while Trump apparently thinks he can tough this out and suffer no consequences.
