Interim relief ordered by the Supreme Court’s MAGA 6 on the emergency docket are intended to allow the Trump regime to do what it wants. The final decision in these cases may in many instances be different.

Why? The MAGA 6 are all-in on enabling the lawlessness of the Trump regime, but don’t want his successor, who could well be a Democrat, to do the same. This is an obvious tactic if one knows the MAGA 6 aren’t actual judges, but corrupt partisan actors.
