Judge Tosses GOP Georgia Ballot Challenge Hours After It Was Lodged

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by a Republican group including committees for Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Perdue (R-GA) and the state party seeking to lay the groundwork to throw out certain ballots, capping off a dismal few days for GOP legal challenges in the state.

Where’s Rudy these days ? Is he a Guardian now, out in space where no one can hear you farting?

Well, at least the Judicial branch currently has their poop in a group when it comes to the poop flingers trying to disrupt an on going election. Sanctions would be cool, but I understand how they would be inflammatory and divisive in an already clearly partisan atmosphere.

…Wood asked, adding later that “you can’t just come in here and say we think this might have happened.”

Yeah ‘cuz that’s what radical socialists do, in huge Antifa-like numbers. I hear Soros pays for their interstate moves and finds them cush jobs in their new hometowns.

I think we need to stop calling Georgia the Peach State. I think it deserves something more substantive, like the Righteous State. All suggestions welcome.

These two, the Bonny and Clyde of GA, must be desperate. I wonder what their internals are showing.

Democrats, not to mention the news media, need to be constantly pointing out how frivolous these suits are, mock the total lack of evidence, sneer at the legal “reasoning” and keep pointing out how Republicans obviously can’t compete, so they’re trying to kick over the checker board. More ridicule, please. The jokes almost write themselves.

Also, if we postulate that it’s possible that a person who lives in Florida could cross the border and declare himself a Georgian for voting purposes, and that obviously millions are doing this, well, we can also propose that the attorney for the plaintiffs is an alien creature grown from a pod. Why not? If no evidence is needed, the sky’s the limit, right?

O/T but our favorite wrassler is showing he’s a sick son of a bitch, again.

Another O/T, but equally as frustrating and disgusting - just in time for holiday gifting, head on over to the Free Kyle store!

I thought the little killer got bailed out?

Meros did not immediately respond to TPM’s question about if the plaintiffs intend to appeal the decision.

Of course they will. They just can’t get enough of that sweet nectar of winning billable hours.

Yes, the $2 million raised bailed him out. Now they need to raise another $2.5M for defense. So far on the site they have raised $17,000 (but no idea how long it has been up and running). My son heard that he was doing some fundraising appearances as well, so, typical grifting Republican criminal.

It doesn’t matter, he’ll likely die in prison.

I’m continually amazed at how many GOP appointed judges have been subsumed by the “deep state” or managed to hide their radical left wing ideology through their entire legal career and the Federalist Society vetting process.

There must be easier way to win an election.

As I posted on another thread earlier today -

Loeffler keeps on getting the same old questions that she won’t answer. She’s starting to look distressed.

This is what needs to be done, file suit, throw it out.

We should keep the election in a lock box or secure facility between the November election and the inauguration so that someone who is moneyed, clever, determined and treasonous enough can steal it.
