The Federal Administrative branch doesn’t care about the law apparently any longer. It’s been taking the Judiciary branch 5 years to catch up.

Donnie is about to turn 79 years old and it is about damned time that someone told him “NO!” and was able to enforce it. The fate of the nation depends upon it.

“Upon directive of the Office of Attorney General and, upon information and belief, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, we have been instructed to withhold compliance with the Court’s orders in this case.”

Easy peasy. Go out on your shield, morons.

Seems to me that the appropriate people to round up are AG Bondi and Stephen Miller.

Unless those two people are kings, also.

Gallagher pulled no punches, writing that the administration’s status report:

  • “adds nothing to the underlying record”
  • “reflects a lack of any effort”
  • “shows zero effort to comply”
  • is “patently insufficient”
  • shows a “blatant lack of effort”

What happens now?

Absolutely nothing. Zero, Zilch, Nada.

Kidnapping and human trafficking are crimes against humanity.

Every single agent of the department of homeland security should be held accountable when the time comes to line them up along the wall.
