Today I witnessed about 10 members of the NG trimming cherry trees along the Tidal Basin. They looked stricken. They were in full view of the passing traffic at rush hour and they were not looking too proud. It wasn’t their finest hour.

Soldiers love being away from their families, especially for the urgent and essential task of spreading mulch. Why don’t these liberal judges understand that?

That’s my question too.
By pausing to defer to this malignant administration they allow continued harm to the country and people.
If they ruled against the extralegal murders on the high seas and paused it and more people were murdered those judges are complicit in those deaths also.

Among the problems is that they’re still acting as if this regime is in general law-abiding. So they stay orders to give time to appeal, they issue limited injunctions etc.
But they do this in part as a fig leaf, because they know that if they make an order with immediate effect the felon’s regime will either ignore it or make an “emergency” appeal to the Gang of Six – who will stay the order anyway.
