So basically, she ordered him quarantined before entering the prison, if I am reading this correctly.

Not without a pardon.

She additionally ordered that Stone stay under home confinement until his surrender date.

Life is tough when you’re a coddled traitor.

Nope.

" It is FURTHER ORDERED that during that time, defendant’s conditions of release will be modified to include the condition of home confinement in accordance with the Attorney General’s memorandum and the strong medical recommendation submitted to the Court by the defense."

Its essentially a COVID-19 quarantine order, before he enters a jail that is not currently exhibiting cases.

In other words, “Don’t go and get infected, Numbnuts and then try to infect everyone else in one of your weird ass tantrums”

Maybe on his teevee, teehee. He is on home detention, in quarantine as pointed out by daveyjones64. With ankle monitor or other method of his choosing. The judge is so generous!

I’m good with the tumbrils, but sharpening the blade? Why? I’m good with rough edges and a bit of rust…

Poor guy. Now the deep state will test him for Covid too.

How long before Barr’s Dept. of [Special] Justice [for Trump Friends] files a post-conviction, post-sentencing, notice of dismissal of the charges? Sure, it would be unprecedented and without legal authority, but this is Roger Stone, who should never have been charged under the “friend of Donald Trump” exception to liability.

I love it. “Your future fellow inmates are as afraid of being infected by you as you are of being infected by them. So suck it up, buttercup, self-quarantine for two weeks, you’ll be fine, and so will your future new friends.”

Anyone know if the effective home quarantine counts towards his sentence? If not, then nice touch, judge.
