You have to remember that behind closed doors a large majority hates him and thinks he’s a toxic moron. They’re trying to do a palace revolt on the q.t., so that’s interesting, but don’t think it’s only the vocal ones who feel that way.

I’m not sure about that. If you file something on behalf of a claimed client, via the presumption of regularity the court assumes you are authorized to represent that client, but it can be challenged. Filing shit is not proof, it is action that presumes authority.

Dear Dog, I remember the “Drop and give me 20” from basic training. You would do 20 and then you had to do 20 more because you didn’t count them out loud and then you had to do 20 more because you didn’t say who they were for – 1, Drill Sergeant, 2, Drill Sergeant, etc. Most people couldn’t do the last 20 correctly and were told they looked like a monkey f*^king a football. Fun times.

Well we know what the judge will accept do we not? It was listed in a comment with a link and the judge will accept most anything including affidavits from the parties. Maybe if it was challenged it wouldn’t be enough, as you say. AFAIC, all of it should be challenged unless there is something totally clear.

So, OT, but even as Josh is crowing about how ‘right’ he was that Russia is bluffing… TASS is saying that Russian-backed separatists thwarted a terrorist attack from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry in Donbas, and there are cyber attacks hitting across the Ukrainian military infrastructure.

So maybe let’s not be so quick to tout how ‘right’ anyone downplaying the dangers are, hmm?
