From the article:

[“The ruling offered a look at how Judge Cooper regards the case, which former DOJ officials have described as an attempt to realize in prosecutorial form what President Trump long claimed rhetorically: that the 2016 Trump-Russia scandal was in fact the product of malefactors in federal law enforcement, all working at the behest of the Clinton campaign.”]

How is this still a thing?

And what’s Durham going to do when a DC jury finds Mr. Sussman not guilty?

It says here that your claim is undeniably, empirically true.

Because Durham is still active and running around trying to justify why he’s a Special Prosecutor*.

What has he produced to date that warrants him having any influence on so much as the opening of a paper bag?

Why are we spending tax dollars on this fool?

Because if Biden fired him then he looks partisan, while letting Durham make a fool of himself in court no less is priceless.

And allowing the nonsense to still have an active spot in the news. I don’t think that’s in anyone’s best interests.

Make him publish his report and then enough, already.

All of this over the candidate who fucking lost. Only it’s obvious that it isn’t really about Hillary. It’s about projecting all the help the MFWWNBN got from Putie Poot onto the candidate who lost for crissake.

Man, if the Steele dossier wasn’t Russian disinformation, it sure has worked spectacularly well as if it were. Durham: “This guy once mentioned a thing about Russia-Trump links later proved false. Lock him up!” Mueller’s report (the redacted version!): “There were a shitload of Russia-Trump links.” Public reporting: “The Russia-Trump links are so thick you can’t cut them with a knife.” Any sentient person: “Trump is so far up Putin’s butt that he can see Sarah Palin’s house.” Durham: “The only possible explanation is a dastardly conspiracy!”

I’m beginning to think that Putin and Trump have something in common, they do better when they’re subtle, it’s when they actively show that they are blowhards is when their big beautiful plans start to fall apart.

(this is coming from me watching Frontline last night. They started with Putin’s beginning, “a very good place to start”, and then one can then follow sociopath throughout the years)

Kinda a bummer for the innocent man being tried on trumped up charges, though

Might makes right. Take it …unless you get caught stealing.

Because it’s preferable to let him fail than it is to make him stop failing.
