I agree, except for the fact that Donnie is already out of hand. The Bailiff should cuff him and then remove him to a private space where he is isolated and cannot be seen or heard and should remain so until after court is recessed for the day.

I lived in Chicago when Bobby Seale was gagged during the Chicago 7 trial. I am ‘positive’ Trump would love it (I think it is a possibility he is a secret masochist: he let Stormy Daniels spank him – w/Forbes magazine w/HIM on the cover). OH GOD had a unwritable theory of how MUCH he ‘might’ enjoy it.
Anyway it was a travesty, they should have stricken Seale from that trial. HE DID NOT WANT THE LAWYER THE COURT GAVE HIM.

Also not lawyer, read somewhere that if they do find him in contempt, that this will help with appeal, or slow process down. He’s goading the judges into doing this. Apparently making a mess of everything is all he has left.
He was also tweeting about the judge today as well. If the judge puts out a gag order, that starts a whole other process of appeals etc.

I’ve seen the youtube videos of defendants talking back at judges and getting instant 30 day jail sentences as a result (which typically get waived after a day or two). This asshole gets away with murder and continues to bleat that he is a victim. He couldn’t have any more privilege and accommodation than he already gets.
And his supporters get riled up how unfairly he is being treated, yet when Eric Gardner was choked out for the grievous offense of selling individual cigarettes, they applaud and say he got what he deserved.

Especially don’t screw with a federal judge like Lewis Kaplan. I had a big case in his court and argued in front of him. (He granted our motion to dismiss.). He’s an excellent judge and does not take fools gladly — which means Donny and Alina are in trouble.

Maybe the more he sits there getting pilloried by EJC, the more likely he is to vapor lock, fall out of his chair, and thrash around on the floor for a while before being carted off to the brain trauma facility for the rest of his life.

Donald Trump was aggravated by his lawyer’s advice that he not appear in person during the last E. Jean Carroll trial — so much so that he is attending this week’s trial to determine damages in the second case…
This is how Chiselin’ Trump’s pea-sized brain works:
- I did not attend the first trial.
- The results of the first trial were bad.
- Therefore, the results were bad because I did not attend.
So, naturally, this very stable genius concludes that by attending the second trial, he will cause the results to be different. But, he’s too stupid to grasp that one way for the results of the second trial to be different is for them to be worse.

If the Judge allows him to stay he can continue to illegally influence the Jury with his snide comments.
If the Judge kicks his a$$ out he it gives him a chance to play the martyr, double up on the grift, and energize the stochastic terrorism.
As far as Trump is concerned win win. The Judge needs to put him in a room with close circuit TV to watch the trial. If he says he is being kicked out the Judge can snidely tell him no you are not. You can freely watch the trial. If you want to leave that is your choice,
