While I’m pretty sure neither Obama or Biden ever said this, it tells the reader everything they need to know about Donnie’s motivation: "… they’d say ‘Hire a lot of people so we can make our numbers look good,’…”
No thought of juicing the economy, alleviating unemployment or building things to improve the country for the future. It’s all about how he’ll look to the people outside of his regime.

Just heard Trump has dropped tariffs on South Korea from 25% to 15%. To get this reduction S.Korea had to pony up $200 billion in cash and agree to contribute $150 billion in assistance to the U.S. ship building sector.
