or another loose Cannon out there
He’s never funnier than when he does that grotesque parody of religious feeling.
Won’t be binding on Cannon.
This is very good news. I know it’s “only” a civil case, but if two federal judges have already found he acted outside the bounds of the Constitution and his official duties, then this ruling doesn’t bode well for him in the various criminal cases he’s facing.
Well, Sullivan was originally a Reagan appointee so it’s not unlikely that other conservative judges will side with him on this verdict. The most recent decisions by SCOTUS regarding Trump also indicate that they’re through protecting him.
I would say there’s a strong likelihood that Trump will indeed be successfully prosecuted and sued in multiple courts and end up in jail as well as bankrupt in a few years. It’s also possible (perhaps even as likely) that Jared, Ivanka, Don Jr. and Eric might meet similar fates.
We can only hope.
MacTrumpy is being summoned:
Knock, knock! Who’s there, in the other devil’s
name? Faith, here’s an equivocator, that could
swear in both the scales against either scale;
who committed treason enough for God’s sake,
yet could not equivocate to heaven: O, come
in, equivocator.
When that photo came out I think it was @irasdad that captioned it “worst petting zoo ever”.
More King Lear than Macbeth but there are those witches.
Why do you think it’s closer to Lear?
I suggest more preying.
The thankless child part for one thing.
Music to my ears.
Bwhahahaha! You hate to see it.
Just finished watching the soccer match which we were able to see on the plane. USA beats Iran 1-0. Yay!
OT.
Yay for judge Sullivan’s ruling. Keep hitting Trump until he melts into a gooey mass of protoplasm. He deserves everything that he’s got coming.
Ah, another sweet taste of the wine of comeuppance long overdue and to come.
Or even worse - have the Russians call in their loans! Though, I suspect some of those stolen documents were used to pay a part of that debt. All of it? Who knows what trump and Jared were selling from the White House.
Fair point. For me, the idea of short-lived success ultimately doomed to spectacular failure is pretty much Trump’s life story. And he repeats it through the decades, never learning a god-damned thing from it.
Today the judge set a date for E. Jean Carroll’s civil case and it will be April 10, 2023. No wonder Trump was typing out, never, never, never, in all caps on his social network.
