When she (the judge) suggested that the evidence suggested there was a “strong likelihood” that Concord had not fully complied with the subpoena, he shot back that “you don’t know anything about the company.”

Judge: Well yes, that’s because they haven’t come within 3000 miles of this courtroom.

When will the Coverup Barr, Co-Conspirator in Ukrainegate, take over the case?

Eric A. Dubelier , Concord’s lawyer, works for a major lawfirm, Reed Smith. She is a real douche. Has no issue lying.

And since his partners will not reign him in, the Court should make him personally sign and approve every filing, upon pain of discipline and referral to the bar.

That he has been allowed to go on so long, and in such a shameful way, is only because the Judge is a Trumpie.

It is a really bad idea for a lawyer to say things like that to a judge in their courtroom…most judges would thrash any lawyer that was that disrespectful. It sure sounds like the lawyers are covering up for the company…the real question is why this entire thing is going on, it’s pretty nonsensical.

Eric Dubelier needs to get slapped hard. Background on this schmuck here:

This trial is an active war zone in Putin’s active hot war against the US.

Putin is probing for weaknesses in our legal system. He’s already used this trial to uncover American IC “sources and methods.” I suspect he’ll also use it to generate bad precedent (the go-to move that every corporate bad actor makes).

This is a war. A literal war.

He’s been playing with that fire since he filed the case.

Yet, I see judge after judge not do so in several Russia or Trump related cases.

The fact is she should have held the lawyer in contempt right there and then.

Until the Courts start handing down severe and immediate penalties for abusing the judicial system, this will continue.

Yes. I’m certain if I spoke that way to a judge -which I would never do -I’d be sitting in a jail cell in the blink of an eye. I don’t understand why judges keep bending over backwards for the defendant in Trump-related cases. Are they also afraid of a mean tweet?

I would like to see the name of the law firm included in these articles.

The vast majority of federal judges have attended Federalist Society events.

This does not mean they are all Federalists, but it’s in the water. Also, Trump/Putin is a regime that uses threats, blackmail, assassination, etc. It is wise to remember that this whole coup hangs by a thread. No doubt our enemies deploy their resources like their lives depend on it.

When a firm has unlimited resources to pursue appeals and complaints against the judge, for some reason judicial severity is tempered.

“You can have it now, if you’d like. Our answer is this, ya fucked up. Ya trusted us.”

You’re saying that Judge Dabney Friedrich sold her dignity and self respect for a seat on the Federal bench? Say it ain’t so.

Yeah, keep telling the judge what a horrible job she’s doing. That will serve your clients well, Mr. Dubelier. (Is he a proud graduate of Trump University’s School of Law?)

The documents in question are financial records, communication, calendar entries, and information about the company’s IP address that the government has suggested would show its links to the Russian operation behind the 2016 election-related social media posts.

Let’s see the evidence. Come on!
