I’m not going to question the legal ruling. It probably makes sense based on established precedent. However, the fact that people can behave in the way that those m************ behaved and suffer no consequences is disgusting.

So the Judge spent two hours dressing down govt attorneys only to say what DOGE did was okay??? I’m truly lost since the judge STATED DOGE did not meet the statutory requirements for their removal, but she isn’t moving to return them to work, and setting a hearing for later.

Chief Justice John Roberts released a statement rebuking the calls for judicial impeachment.
Maybe he is standing up for the courts. But I can’t help but wonder if it is a signal to Cheeto that he should trust that SCOTUS will back him up.

Stern words mean nothing. She should have reinstated them, since the case will take a very long time. Indeed, as an independent agency, it’s hard to imagine less legal authority for the Trump regime to summarily dismiss them without case.

Obviously Judge Howell was Susan Collins level of concerned.
I don’t get the lifting of the TRO, there will be nothing left if DOGE is left in charge. It seems to pre-judge the outcome by allowing them to destroy the institute while the case meanders through the court system, rendering the whole thing moot. Which is precisely TSF’s usual legal “strategery”, it kept his diapered ass out of jail and in the Presidency (Thanks, subprime “justice” Roberts!_
