U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the Mar-a-Lago records case against Donald Trump on Monday. Per the order, Cannon dismissed the case after finding that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment violated the Constitution. Read the order here:

Each day is more disgusting than the last where DFG is concerned. I am hoping there is some sort of appeal process and someone can find some really good dirt on Cannon. The supreme immunity decision emboldened her - and I fear they will back her up. This is beyond horrible.
