A federal judge said Thursday that Attorney General Bill Barr’s “lack of candor” about special counsel Robert Mueller’s findings — in representations of Mueller’s report that “distorted” its conclusions — had prompted the judge to decide to review an unredacted version of the report behind closed doors.

It remains extraordinary that a full copy of the Mueller report, which touches on the gravest matters of national security, has not been made available even to the judiciary until now–pending appeals.

Yes, yes and a resounding hell yes…sorry for the over-the-top response to this news. Hopefully, a judicial review will be completed before the election and its results will be reliable enough to get Mr. Barr back in front of congress to explain. Isn’t “lack of candor” the ‘serious’ charge they hung on Andrew McCabe to justify denying him his pension and benefits?

They are “above the law” in the sense that they will break it at will.
The Court of Public Opinion may be the only thing we have at our disposal. In a sense, the present Biden phenomenon is a manifestation of The Court of Public Opinion.

I assume the Justice Dept will now appeal the judge’s order to SCOTUS which will rule on it sometime in 2021…

Barr will do anything and everything necessary to keep the Mueller Report bottled up until at least Nov 3, 2020. Nobody will get to see the unredacted report. Period.
