Judge Bars DHS From Detaining Abrego Garcia After His Release From Criminal Custody

In two rulings issued within a curiously short time of each other Wednesday afternoon, a federal judge in Tennessee cleared the way for Kilmar Abrego Garcia to be released from custody pending his criminal trial and a federal judge in Maryland barred the Trump administration from detaining him for immigration proceedings once he’s released. history of defiance and lack of transparency with the court

Judge Xinis must be mistaken. It’s a well known fact that “President Trump is truly the most transparent & accessible President in American history.”

The Trump Administration will make up any bullshit to accomplish their weird obsession to deport this person. Good on these judges for staying with the case even though the wheels of justice keep falling off and exploding.

It was that history of defiance and lack of transparency with the court that Xinis used to justify in part her order barring the Department of Homeland Security from detaining Abrego Garcia as soon as he is released from the custody of the Department of Justice in the criminal case.

Will the rule of law ever be recognized by the Trump administration? I doubt it. I can seen Karoline Leavitt claiming that the judges in this matter are rogue first thing in the morning and Pam Bondi or Little Marco Rubio ordering his arrest and detention the moment he is released.

This is just another ruling that TRUMP will likely ignore.
The current administration is known to be openly hostile to rulings they don’t like and then they simply ignore the ruling.

Won’t Evil Bovine, Blondi or KKKristi just say “fuck you” to the court the way Bove already did about Garcia?

I guess a criminal complaint alleging torture under US control wouldn’t go anywhere at the moment.

I want to hear a lot more about the deal given to the jailhouse snitch who is accusing Abrego Garcia of whatever it is that ICE told him to say Abrego Garcia did. Dollars to donuts that this “star witness”–whoever he is–disappears in a puff of smoke long before he sees a courtroom.

I also want to know how many other “worsts of the worsts” have been able to skate by telling these idiots the fairytales they want to hear. My guess is that 2/3 of the precious few real migrant criminals out there–because Mayorkas, unlike Noem/Miller, actually DID target criminals–are cutting deals to save themselves by snitching on the law-abiding.

Trump: OK, but you didn’t say ANYTHING about the FBI not detaining him…

Leavitt is like a darkside Baghdad Bob, or a younger Smoke Eye Sanders, less versed in how DC used to work, but just a mean, lying bully.

The only good thing trump et al have done is identified all the people that will need to be re-educated.

It appears that neither pedo, Secretary Rubio, nor Secretary Bessent has read the entire Japan Tariff deal before it was signed. It is a complete betrayal of American workers, farmers, businesses and bankers. Chicken taco.

Bondi should be prosecuted for lying to Congress under oath - she swore he’d never walk free in America.
