I read the opinion. Judge Jackson is pissed. Really pissed. This is an opinion designed to make appeal impossible.

Hopefully she now issues an order re the possibility of sanctions (what is called an “order to show cause”) going after the doj lawyers who lied to her. She should end Their legal careers.
