This is a variation on the Barber Paradox, in which the barber shaves all those people, and only those people, who don’t shave themselves. Does the barber then shave himself (no, by the barber’s policy) or not (no, by the barber’s policy).
Also called Russell’s paradox.

Actually this is really funny, and makes me kinda like this guy in spite of myself. It’s clear that he took at least one aesthetics class during his actor training …
In semiotic theory, a representation is an image, as distinct from a real thing. So, this guy is saying that he cannot be an image of himself because he is the real thing. It’s very clever.
However, I am not surprised that cleverness was not appreciated by a federal judge … Methinks he forgot the courtroom isn’t a stage.

Impeachment is a political remedy applicable to elected Federal officeholders and Judges. Dr Fauci is a civil servant in a non-political role.

Yes… giving attention to this aspiring actor is nothing but a distraction - slowing down to gawk at a pathetic car wreck … it is not hard to see that the guy is probably floating out in the land of the functional but seriously disturbed …he is wayyy beyond “quirky” and has blasted straight through the station for “eccentric” … he is behaving like a loon.
He is like part of that apt description of the Trump M.O.

While Trump breaks in your backdoor and steal all of your appliances, jewelry and cash.

Absolutely love that the judge told him to his face that he was spouting nonsense. On the civil law side, we occasionally get copied internet garbage on pleadings submitted by self-represented litigants and, while it goes into the file, it’s not considered because it doesn’t make sense.

Yes and no. He certainly is the most sympathetic figure and claims to be doing what Jesus wants him to do. But crucially he rejects Jesus’ claims to divinity. “You’ve started to believe the things they say of you. You really do believe this talk of God is true.”
Judas from JC Superstar would not see himself there by divine appearance (in fact, that phrase doesn’t even make sense; he presumably means by divine authority as the headline says).
