What does he mean that history will show who did their job? For one thing, the Trump Administration is the group that is in charge. They are the only ones who can be judged on the job they did. They’re trying to pin it on Biden, but history will show that Biden wasn’t in office at the time.

I’m glad you added the “semi-“ qualification. I hate giving Trump recognition for competence in any field. From all the evidence, being associated with Trump in business is a bit like taking a suicide pill.

I don’t know who is in charge. I don’t know who knows that this is going on but whoever does, no matter how many of them, they need to be held accountable.
