03 Jan-- Trump boasts to Miller that he’s gonna need 10K troops on the 6th.
04 Jan-- Miller issues a memo rescinding deployment authority from the DC NG Chief and reserving it for himself.

One thing they seemed not to expect is the resentment that the majority of the voters felt about the attempt to steal the election.
They also felt that they could sell the idea that the Trumpsters were genuinely.concerned that the election had been stolen and that going outside of regular order to have a ten day investigation by Congress would put the matter to rest. The failure of the Trumpsters to believe the results of the Arizona “fraudit” they commissioned shows that that idea was at best a fantasy but more likely a dishonest attempt to give Trump more time steal the Presidency.

This is the one that I think lays out that actions relating to re-election, I’d even extend it to plotting and planning to stump for party candidates, shouldn’t be covered.
I mean this whole charade of claims of illegality or irregularity in the election process in 2020 had route to be settled, a court of law. One of those places where you can’t just tell the judge, “Your honor we was robbed” without some kind of proof.
