Atty-Client privilege claim has been the go-to for many of DFG’s enablers and co-conspirators. I think it is intentional, i.e., they always planned to hide behind privilege in the event they got nailed for this shit. They thought it would protect them and Foolius Geezer. That was probably a miscalculation.
Am I the only person surprised to learn that Stephen Miller has parents?
I think technically, it is one parent and one host.
I can’t stop being annoyed that the coverage of these subpoena fights always and forever conflates phone records (i.e. outbound call to 401-222-5555, lasting 6 mins, at 3:02 pm) with the ACTUAL CONTENTS OF THAT CONVERSATION. T-Mobile doesn’t record all phone calls just in case they’re asked to produce them. All they have are their records of the inbound and outbound calls and messages. Yet EVERY article about this leaves that part intentionally vague, because the Millers of the world want to IMPLY that the contents of their phone calls could be disclosed by T-Mobile complying, which is utter horseshit.
Please let it be so.
Sounds like smoke, mirrors, and fog that they want to blow into the room in order to cause confusion. After years of dealing with obstruction by GOP operatives, even non lawyers understand that there are standard procedures that can be used to insure that prosecutors aren’t getting material that is irrelevant to their case.
He Has a ChilD. Presumably He’s hAd sex. Once at leAsT.
“Hair Club for Mom – I’m not just the president. I’m also a client.”
And wouldn’t they know how to separate out calls that have nothing to do with the issue of Stephen? The premise is whatever they see is open season? I think the investigators better than that.
It doesn’t count if it’s in the dark.
With his eyes closed.
By himself.
He’s on his parents’ family plan? Does his mother still iron his name on his underpants?
Well, his wife certainly had sex, although not necessarily with him.

T-mobile allows corporate accounts to use their “family plans?” Which a bunch of lawyers are using as their primary phones??
I’d think T-mobile would want a bunch of back months’ fees for a corporate cell phone account.
Does he piggy-back their Netflix account, too? You know he does. He thinks he’s smart. Not like everybody says.
I guess that it’s no surprise that Miller couldn’t get on a friends & family plan.
Yeah, its the NSA that has the recordings/transcripts of all the calls, not T Mobile.
I wonder just how many “I’m calling about your car’s extended warranty” calls are in the NSA database?
In the lawsuit, Miller claimed that T-Mobile received a subpoena for his phone records under his parents’ family plan…

I might stay up to watch the late night shows. Imagine what professional comedians can do with this tidbit.
