Sadly true. I keep trying to figure out why women - and the men who truly love them - aren’t up in arms over the loss of bodily autonomy and free will, whether or not they ever desire or require an abortion, or any other family planning or reproductive health services. Instead it barely registers on a list of concerns for the upcoming elections.
Ditto the decay of our democracy, social support, environmental efforts. But, hey, efforts to burn books are gaining steam.
I hope that changes by November, but it’s not looking good at the moment.

Mentally preparing myself for damning testimony and evidence presentation that does absolutely nothing to change anyone’s opinion. For me, that would be the worst part of it.
