Because of course he did Georgia’s Perdue Sues Over 2020 Election, Pushes Fraud Claim | Political News | US News
ATLANTA (AP) — Days after announcing his candidacy for governor, Republican David Perdue further embraced debunked claims of electoral fraud in Georgia’s 2020 presidential race by joining a lawsuit seeking to prove he and former President Donald Trump were cheated out of election victories.
Bryan Lewis organized another rally near the Capitol on Jan. 6, saying in a permit cited by the Committee that he wanted the event to “urge congress to nullify electoral votes from states that made illegal changes to voting rules during their elections.”
I would like to state once more for the record -
In most or all cases where there were changes to allow more mail in ballots, etc, no one proved that the changes were illegal
The complaint is that the states or districts made it too easy for eligible voters to vote. They never presented any real evidence of voter fraud, so that’s it. That’s the complaint.
That is the way to go, with the changes to the electoral laws in GA, the election that really matters is the primary, and that you win it by going extreme. They don’t even have to worry about the general election because the Legislature passed laws that allows them to put a finger in a balance. And those rednecks are not going to allow a democrat that happens to be female and black to win. It really has to be a way to extreme character for the said rednecks to go against a republican candidate, I don’t think that Satan himself would fit the bills long as he professes his devotion to the 2nd amendment.
Hmmmm…interesting that there are a whole batch of people of whom we have heard basically nothing up to now, but who are obviously in the thick of things. Gives us an inkling of exactly how much of the iceberg is underwater and out of our sight.
Balls in a vise, I tell ya.
With the roll that the 1/6 committee is on, they would not be issuing these subpoenas now, if House Counsel Doug Letter thought that they would lose any subpoena challenges.
Proof of wrongdoing is good for the history books, but will have no effect on Trump. He commits crimes in broad daylight, brags about it, and then gets away with almost everything.
Except the fools at the insurrection thought/think they were/are the “righteousness as a mighty stream” part. They’ll never be talked out of that position.
