ROME (AP) — The scientific director of Italy’s leading infectious disease hospital says he’d like to hire Dr. Anthony Fauci should President Donald Trump remove him from the White House coronavirus task force.
Oh if someone else wants what he has (in this case, Fauci’s expertise), he’ll never loosen his tubby little fingers from the coveted asset. Well played, Italy!
Ippolito praised Fauci’s expertise, experience, leadership and “generous and selfless help” to Spallanzani and other hospitals around the world — “a generosity that we like to associate (with) his Italian heritage, always remembered with pride.”
Those five sterling attributes will surely get him fired toot sweet.
I’ve thought for some time now that, if Dr. Fauci was to be fired, the Biden campaign should instantly hire him as a medical policy advisor for safekeeping, until such time as he could be installed as US Surgeon General at the earliest possible moment.
It is a shame that Dr F was put in a position where he had to bullshit and lie [yes he did] to pretend to make a thoroughly disgusting person seem to appear – by the magic cache of obvious falsehoods – to be slightly less disgusting. We live in a mad pantomime in a pandemic.
