It’s a little hard to read. Does she have “White House Chief of Staff” up there multiple times? That role has changed twice already and it’s looking like there might be a third swap soon since Trump seems to be souring to Mulvaney as well.
Without accounting for roles that have changed more than once, that doesn’t end up capturing the full scope of this admin’s flailing.
