I’m guessing that report will be shelved before it ‘willingly’ sees the light of day. Too many oligarchs supporting this administration are priming the pumps for AI to take over without any interruption, regulations or criticisms too big to break their own monopolistic bank accounts. We haven’t seen any Republicans willing to stand up against AI yet, have we? Even some Dems are silent on the subject other than the NIMBY infrastructure being gobbled up to use water for that endeavor, raising everyone’s electricity bills even moreso otherwise. No one is actually giving the consumer the choice on any grand scale through legislation yet.
