Harris County, Texas (Houston) is pulling out all the stops – despite GOP efforts to hamstring things. And the county won the right in court today to send out mail-in ballot applications to everyone.

Early voting (in person) – which starts October 13 – will include 9 drive-through locations, also includes seven locations that will be open for 24 hour voting on the Thursday before election day.

Voting hours for the 2020 election.
