The trope is that any news headline posing a question should be answered automatically with a “NO”.
But in this case, the answer is a resounding “YES”.
Let me know when this TFG-appointed judge with a certain history of accessing extracurricular arguments gets around to appointing Nauta a Florida-licensed public defender. Any time now. There have to be passing attorneys in her courtroom who can be assigned the case whether they like it or not. Happens all the time. In other courtrooms.
ETA: apparently it’s still in the magistrate’s hands. He’s done ok so far.

You could be right… but… I think the stupid has infected the whole GOP. I’m old enough to remember some REpublican Member of the House arguing that there needs to be a “work requirement” for Social Security. (Because, you know, no one should be able to just “retire” after paying into the system for 30, 40, or 50 years… ) I’m just saying that there seems to be plenty of cluelessness going around in that whole crowd.
