No! A red-state union of places like Texas, Florida, and the rest of GQP Land would have a claim on a chunk of the US’s nuclear arsenal, and with a president like Trump or one of his mini-mes, it would be a ghastly danger to global peace. Not to speak of all the pollution and CO2 it would insist on spewing out. And it would be an oppressive, American-Taliban-style dictatorship for millions of our fellow Americans.
We have to fight these creeps in the ballot box and prevail (somehow) by democratic means, or we all perish together.
