Intel Sources Warn Of ‘Significant Increase’ In Domestic Extremist Threats Ahead Of Expected Trump Indictment

“We threw it together at the last minute, the last 24 hours,” Gavin Wax — the president of the New York Young Republican Club who organized the demonstration outside of the Manhattan Criminal Court — told Politico.

Did they have a permit sponsored by a State agency who’s mission supports that “protest”? Oh, oops, sorry, this is NY not Florida… AND, IOKIYAR

Maybe they were erroneously counted among the dozen-or-so Trump supporters.

It’s 1:49pm on the Day Trump told them to come protest.

Nobody came.

Why are we still yapping about it?

In their dreams, wet dreams.

Nah… Republicans seem to think square miles can vote.
Or something.

How about a quote? I read a whole article about her recent interview and saw nothing that matched this.

If Trump protesters were smart they would riot in Florida, putting DiSantis in a tough spot, if he cracks on them, well he is a traitor to MAGA, if he does not well then he is weak…

Yup. When judging this against statements by Republicans from ‘big’ states like California, keep this in mind:

California’s experience with ‘oppressive police power’ is Los Angeles.

Los Angeles County is 4700mi2.
NYC (all 5 boroughs) is 300mi2.

LAPD + LA Sherrif’s Department combined total about half of the manpower the NYPD’s got, and LA can’t shut down 2 dozen bridges and tunnels to completely lock LA down the way Manhattan can be locked down.

Chicago’s #2, at 12k or so officers in a single PD.

Dallas? 3600 cops.

Kevin has no idea what he’s talking about, and nobody from outside the NYC metro area is in any way prepared to start shit w/the NYPD.

There is no “i” in Trump.

NYS Court Officers: another 4,000 security, bailiffs, etc, state-wide. Mostly… in NYC.

“A lot of the conservative groups are writing to each other right now to stay home. They are nervous that this would be a setup,” he said, adding they feared “they would be arrested like January 6.”

And there you have it: arresting people for Jan. 6th sent them a message.

I think if they try something again it will be bigger and more violent, and we as a society deal with it the same way: arrests and prosecutions.

This look is developing a trend in Republican branding. Expect to see more of this. Senator Schumer has a hell of a sense of humor and knows people who could pull it off.

Face paint, an animal pelt helmet, antlers, and a pink furry bicycle demand seriousness and respect.

I want to say that the troublemakers will not be stupid enough to think that they will come out of a violent demonstration in one piece. But, they really are that stupid. My concern is sabotage by Trump loving NYPD officers. Just a few officers looking the other way or feeding info to Proud Boys and their ilk would be enough to allow quite a bit of trouble to happen. Any leak of security plans could be disastrous. I wonder what pressure is being brought to bear on all officers about how leaks and sabotage will be dealt with. This is not to say that the NYPD is not going to do their job. I just worry about the few who will forget who they work for and dedicate themselves to giving Trump the disruption that he craves.

That is 3 Wyomings.

Can Manhattan get 6 senators?

Can Bragg be one?

NYPD officers tend to be PD Uber Alles types, so I really wouldn’t worry too much about it.

At the very least, we need proper reapportionment so we get the House properly represented.

But the Senate’s not there for people, it’s there for State governments.
