Inside The Resigned Overstock CEO’s Russiagate Interview Marathon

In a series of frantic and lengthy cable news interviews Thursday, the just-resigned CEO of Overstock.com wove a tale of intrigue, misconduct by federal “men in black” and fear of being “ground into a dust” by a political forces who he said wanted him quiet.

Hmmm… that thing that Trump was talking about confining people to Mental Health institutions? Well I have patient 1… or at very least take away all his guns…

Our communicative capabilities can exacerbate what you describe.

I remember the Kevin Costner film “Dances With Wolves” in which Dunbar, upon being formally introduced to Kicking Bird (a man who appeared to be of substance as a result of some extended personal contact), asked:

“Is he chief?”

Mean, shallow, crass, duplicitous people can now be so much massaged into actually “appearing” to be “decent”.

The “Ice Breaker” Bill Barr was someone this fucker was going to help manufacture for those who are fearful and insecure enough to believe…

" … and fear of being “ground into a dust” by a political forces who he said wanted him quiet."

I could be wrong, but aren’t you kind of tempting those political forces to start the grinding machine by going on all those interview shows. That doesn’t seem to fit the definition of being quiet.

“The “man who sent me the orders,” Byrne told Asman, was Peter Strzok, …”

Stop there. I call bullshit.

Naw, he’s trying the “I’m going public so if you try anything everyone will know who did it” route.

It’s one approach to at least make the Clintons hesitate before suiciding you.

“There was political espionage conducted against Hillary Clinton, Marco Rubio, [Ted] Cruz and Donald Trump,” Byrne said, tearing up as he added that he felt “a bit responsible” for mass shootings such as recent one in El Paso, Texas — though the connection wasn’t immediately clear.

Clearly, the conspiracy is far more complicated than we ever imagined.

It now involves:

  • Hillary Clinton, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.
  • The DOJ, FBI, NBA, PGA, SPCA, and UNICEF.
  • Benghazi, Cattle Futures, Uranium One, and the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
  • Comet Pizza, Vince Foster, the Missing Lindbergh Baby, and Socks the Cat.
  • Maria Butina, Rasputen, Catherine the Great’s horse, and that Trololo guy.

“I’m laying low,” Byrne said at one point.

LOL, yeah, ok buddy. Laying low would be not going on national television and doubling down on your ridiculous claims.

“To do is to be” - Jean-Paul Sartre.
“Do be do be do” - Sinatra

I like your quotes and I don’t want to take from their meaning, but I just had to do this today. Haven’t thought of or seen it for awhile.

What do you mean “we”?

Some of us have been hitting the panic button since day 1.

But others of you called us all crackpots and conspiracy theorists.

Who’s having the last laugh now?

Yep, now that the indisputable, irrefutable, irrepressible truth is coming out.

he wanted to “disappear.”

Having endured hearing him proclaim, “here’s the main event!” over 15 times in roughly 10 minutes without producing the main event, I want him to disappear too.

It’s true! I saw it all from the knoll. No, not the grassy one. The other one across the street where the hookers and junkies hang out.

Wait. So it was the Log Lady that killed Laura Palmer?
