I never thought I’d live long enough to see Bolton acting as the voice of reason. Trump has moved beyond Papa Doc territory. Were Nero and Caligula this far detached from reality?

Mata Hari isn’t Giuliani’s sort of woman. He used to prefer cousins, and for a while he liked crooked real estate developers who could find better shag pads than Bernie Kerik. And she’s definitely not Trump’s kind of girl; he likes tacky, dumb, and servile, and well-developed in the chest and buttocks.
