Planned Parenthood of Indiana says it will file a temporary restraining order and injunction to keep HEA 1210 — the controversial measure that would cut off all federal funding to the organization in the state — from going into effect, calling the bill unconstitutional and in violation of federal law.Republican Governor and potential presidential candidate Mitch Daniels signed the bill earlier in the day on Tuesday. The measure bars the state from entering a contract with any entity that performs abortions (excluding hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers).
