State Rep. Phillip Hinkle, an Indiana Republican who was accused of offering a young man money in exchange “for a really good time,” will not resign but says he won’t seek re-election next term.Despite calls for his resignation, Hinkle said Tuesday that he would serve the remainder of his term. “As for 2012, we, as a family, decided back in December after the 2010 election, that I would not be seeking another term,” he said in a statement.
