Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) kicked off the individual member questioning Tuesday morning by pointedly going after NSC official Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s credibility.
Jim Jordan’s grasp exceeds his reach.
“Alex is a top 1 percent military officer and the best Army officer I have worked with in my 15 years of government service,” he read. “He is brilliant, unflappable, and exercises excellent judgment.”
And is clearly well prepared!
Gym Jordan finished his time by high fiving himself.
And with that, Jordan, who had been specially switched to the committee because Republicans thought he’d be so effective at landing blows, had used up his time. was sent to the showers.
I really wanted Vindman to say “Gym, I have worked for my country, I was shot in Iraq, served in combat, You worked to cover up a sex offender at Ohio State, thought that masterbation in the shower was just perfectly fine stuff, now are covering up for a sex abuser and lier, I am not going to take any shit from someone with your lack of morals.”
Alas, probably would not have been a good idea. Perhaps Williams can say it.

Also: I think it depends on what he’s trying to grasp, and whether the venue is The OSU locker room and showers.

Although it would “rise” to the level of the Mentally-Deficient-Toddler-in-Chief, I think it would be good humor if Lt. Col. Vindman said “If I want any shit out of you, I’ll squeeze your head, you dumbfuck sex-offender apologist.”
Hilarity would ensue.
Jim Jordan can be a shameless clown for Trump all he wants. But he can’t have that and the credibility and stature to be listened to in this serious conversation.
I would have gone off on Gym.
Vindman wouldn’t.
That’s why his answers are devastating. One of the best ways to spot a fake like Jordan is to put them next to the real thing like Vindman.
Whenever Gym Jordan questions another person’s judgment an OSU wrestler is molested.

Something that I’ve noticed time after time is that tRUMP and his sycophants will reliably attack others based on their own character flaws. The projection from these fools is epic.
