In Sign Of Hunter’s Weakness, Local Republican Jumps Into Race

It’s a very red district! And it is CA - so jungle primary, the top two advance to November. The Democratic candidate did surprisingly well last election and he is running again. I am just gonna enjoy the republicans trying to knock each other out. One reason the seat has so much interest is because the candidate doesn’t have to live in the district to run in the district. And their are quite a few ol GOP that can’t run in their own districts because their districts are now blue. SO they all wanna run in this district.

“Hunter has been charged with campaign finance violations, and an upcoming trial will likely include salacious details about money he spent on his extramarital affairs.”

Great credentials for a rethug.

There is now a huge Middle Eastern community in El Cajon.

This started in the 1980s with the Chaldeans from Iraq, and has just gotten bigger. I believe it is the second largest Middle Eastern community after Detroit.

So the race baiting is not going to do them any favors…

But you still do have the rednecks out in Lakeside and Alpine…

But this is east county San Diego where an R always trumps a D regardless and half the R voters haven’t tumbled to the fact that this is Hunter Jr., not Sr. Also, R = family values and Christian ideals and the American Way! Fox News reigns and all that nasty stuff is just Fake News trumped up by Obama lovers.

Drunken Hunter is still in office???

“If we don’t change who the nominee is going into the 2020 election, I’m worried Republicans will lose yet another seat,” DeMaio said.

Be still my beating heart.

Right?

And to make matters worse, his wife…the one he cheated on with the money she was helping him steal, that he then used to carry on the affairs, oh, and he threw under the bus when the investigations first broke…is going to testify against him.

After a really bad day, I sometimes imagine a candidate like this coming to me to work on his campaign. And I just break out laughing.

DeMaio is a lot smarter than the average GOP office holder. His past habit of beating off in front of staffers might be disqualifying, but that’s still a pretty red district. I wonder if someone on the Dem side challenges Campa-Najjar.

the DeMaio campaign said that it raised more that $100,000 on Monday alone.

How much for legal fees, hush money, and wabbit flights?

And here are the “men” in question:

Needless to say, AOC is right to go after McConnell. Others should do the same.

And Klantee.

Here we see seven lily-white young men - wearing “Team Mitch” promotional Tee-Shirts - reasonable guess … they did not just randomly converge upon this cardboard cut-out … they are likely part of some organized youth campaign program of “Team Mitch”
…hard to imagine that all of the parents of these seven Arian teenagers are comfortable with their sons being high-profile participants in this misogynistic jack-ass display - -
… and thoroughly nauseating to think that some of their parents are delighted with this behavior.

Ah yes, Klantee. Have a couple of family members that live there. I lived there a couple of times, most recently the early 2000s.

When I was a kid (late 1970s), well young adult, a policeman and his wife bought a house there. He was black, she was white.

Before they moved in, the house was vandalized with swastikas.

Don’t think it has changed much since.

Me thinks you give their parents too much credit.
Where do you think this behavior was learned?

It’s likely that the seat will flip regardless of which GOP asshole runs.
