I also think the Dems who have talked about witnessing new members giving tours should be called to testify and asked to name names. IANAL, and this a political process, so I don’t think it would provide those implicated any sort of justification to escape criminal prosecution for their treason later on. If anything, I think it will push that whole aspect of it along nicely into the public eye.
