A federal district court judge on Tuesday blocked the Defense Department from requiring journalists to be accompanied by an official escort in the Pentagon, siding with The New York Times in its latest legal fight with the administration over press access.
Yesterday the discussion was whether this applied to all journalists or only NYT, as this was their lawsuit being responded to.

Well, not quite frist because I actually paused to read MM first, but close enough.
Nice to have it when I sat down in front of the fan to cool off after dog training.
And a thousand thanks to the city parks employee who suggested putting a lightly used park pavilion on my rota of places to work my dog. In this horrible heat and humidity, having a shady place is a lifesaver. My tax dollars at work, and I love it.

Common thread I see in today’s MM is so many angry people out there, almost all of whom are Republicans. Vile, angry people full of hate who think nothing of hurting others and depriving them of not only their Civil Rights, Constitutional Rights, but also their Human Rights. I honestly don’t know how we can change these people’s hearts or if it’s even possible.
