The voting has more than one phase…there is the early vote…then the period in which the other (albeit often more difficult to rouse) voters are gotten to the polls in the days before Election day and D-Day itself.

I’d say that whomever they “haul” up before committees will be able to leverage quite a number of teachable moments. These greedy, limelight chasing clowns like Jordan are going to rant and rave. The key is for witnesses (and Dems who get their shot on these committees, even if on the minority) to inform Jordan, et al. about what the Constitution really says, or, better yet, quote from the Constitution. These people really don’t know, nor care, what it says. They really are in it for the money, the attention, all that.
A few well-placed media explanations might help, also.

And let’s get something straight here: they aren’t just doing it as some sort of psy-op to discourage and dishearten blue voters into staying on the couch. They are doing it as a pre-emptive “evidence” fabrication effort for the lawsuits they are going to be filing after the election to claw back seats (which they’ll be doing even if they win majority). “It’s just not credible that my opponent won, your honor…look at the polling…”
