Must be convenient to have lifeless wax replicas of yourself at the ready for photo shoots

That’s because Texas doesn’t have dispensaries i’d guess. I should have qualified that comment to the Left Coast.

Yeah I suppose if it was legal we’d have dispensaries instead and don’t I wish that we did.

Does TX aggressively pursue the black market or do they mostly look the other way? Maine is fairly lax.

They aren’t aggressive like they used to be.

By eliminating the state income tax these states would not only be raising the sales tax and broadening it on more goods and services. “Let granny pay on her groceries” It would also shift the burden to the localities sales and property taxes.
Bobby Jindel tried this stunt as governor of Louisiana and it left a major budget hole for the newly elected Democratic governor.

I’m the proverbial kid in a candystore when I go to Buddy’s. They help you with their wonderful bud tenders (think “cannabis concierge”).
I like to roll my own so I buy a lot of trim at around $50 Oz. But for Festivus I splurged on a gram of Lebanese Red Hashish and some bags of gummies.

I should add that Maine has medical and recreational, so trying to crack down on the black market that hides in the legal framework is difficult. It seem that no one is really trying. You can’t get rid of the stuff, in fact. But not because the law is making it risky to do so.

Gerrymandering, history denial, it’s all of a sort. The tweet (Chuck Todd’s??) was deleted but Ida Bae has the video receipts

Much like in working class voters, the “white” is silent.

O my god - do stop. My guy treats me well but I don’t get to go into a shop and pick out things.

Also puts a ton of pressure on school funding and social services. The old “we can’t afford it” line that results in undermining the basic functions of the state.

Went to a dispensary in Colorado a few years ago and the people working there knew dick about what they were selling. Practically every question was answered with “I don’t know.”

Just asked the Google machine and it says you have a dispensary in Taos with in store shopping.
Something to look forward to.
