ICE tries to apprehend someone in the airport, pins him to the ground in an attempt to cuff him. They noticed they’re being filmed so they get up and walk away, leaving a cuff still locked on his wrist.
They went on to arrest him before boarding his next flight in Long Beach - as he prepared to leave the country. He was arrested for overstaying his visa.
