Biden shouldn’t have anything to worry about: nothing any of the clone models did as president was illegal and can’t be touched by the courts anyway. Besides, courts are going to approach it with the slowest movement possible and the lengthiest of allowed delays.

And that calls into question all of those FedEmps that were furloughed in the last couple of months. Those folks can’t legally apply for benefits because they haven’t yet been terminated, but I’m not entirely sure they are still collecting any kind of pay.
