You know why he’s really doing this? Because (a) his pea-brain can’t remember all the battleground states his handlers want him to contest and thus (b) he obsesses on PA because, if he can somehow wrestle out a “win” (ED: he can’t) in PA he’ll have somehow demonstrated dominance over “Sleepy Joe” in Biden’s home state.
He is a broken human. He cannot conceive anything outside of his own zero-sum pathology.
