I don’t really have anything against Valerie Plame, but has she ever actually done anything for the people of New Mexico except grace them with her presence?

Last time I checked - New Mexico was still a state in the Union.

And you know- the CIA serves the nations’ interest.

So yeah - a reasonable person could say she HAS done things for the people of New Mexico - beyond ‘gracing them with her presence’.

(EXACTLY the same as a veteran of any war - running for a seat in a state they move to. “My service to my country” serves as my credentials to serving YOU…" In case it’s not clear enough)

Um, so could you please identify anything whatsoever that she has done for the people of New Mexico since moving there? Because to my eyes, she looks like she’s showing up in the fourth quarter to claim credit for a win.

People of NM are a subset of U.S. where Joe Wilson took on Cheney over Iraq. Valerie and Joe have spoken out even when they knew darn well there would be consequences. I am eagerly looking forward to her candidacy.

Nice intro to the voters, but if she’s going to run on “send me to congress so I can get revenge on cheney”, she’s going to lose. I assume now that she’s got people’s attention she’ll start talking about what she wants to accomplish for her district.
