Jim Jones, a former chief justice of the Idaho Supreme Court as well as a former Republican state attorney general, called the resolution rejecting the 2020 presidential election results “asinine,” noting multiple courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, rejected attempts to overturn the election.

“(The Idaho Republican Party) has gotten so caught up in conspiracy theories, meaningless culture war issues, that they have quit being able to function as a meaningful political party,” he said. “We have got to get away from this authoritarian streak that has infected the Idaho Republican Party, as well as a good part of the nation, because it’s absolutely tearing our country apart.”

Talk about spitting into the wind.

Those boots have stirrup scuffs. At least he’s an actual cowboy. But real cowboys can still be real morans also too.

The Republican Party is substantially damaging my well-being as a citizen of the United States.

Seeking a lawyer to bring a class action suit on behalf of all citizens, including unborn ones, who are not members, to collect damages of $10,000 per citizen.

MSM, Cable News anyone, please please challenge these fuck ups to show proof publicly.
If they refuse it becomes Head Line News naming names of those liars.

These are signs that the country is seriously I’ll, and falling apart. When empirical reality and truth are blatantly ignored and flouted for such extreme political posturing, the ties that bind us into a functional society are further loosened.

At what point do the forces that tear us apart become stronger get than the ones that unite us?

This was the same GOP spewing “sore loserman” after the 2000 election. America is at a breaking point…

We have been asking that since 2016.

Still here.

I don’t think we should dismiss this strategy out of hand. I mean, we should declare TMFWWNBN’s election in 2016 invalid–after all, he didn’t receive as many votes as Clinton–and declare him an Acting President for 2017-2021.

I’m pretty sure an Acting President can’t make high-level nominations, so we’ll also declare three Supreme Court seats vacant.

must this nonsense be allowed to stand unchallenged? sue them in court for defamation?

or is it better to let these numbskulls hoist themselves by their own petard?

Posturing is easy, with few consequences.

@geographyjones I would like to hear from you or anyone else who lives closer to Idaho regarding this these people and how to deal with them.

Look at the guy’s hands. He’s likely the real deal, as @geographyjones suggests.

Pissing into the wind.

Why is understanding and accepting reality so difficult for these losers? Are they really that intellectually handicapped?
